A Experience of Dermofat Graft to Atrophied Shoulder

Abstract
|

|
Dermofat graft is populary applied for restoring body contour and esthetic purpose.
This 25 years old female patiend had history cf poliomyelitis on three years old age, follwed shoulder atrophy with light weakness and ;limitation of shoulder abducuction. -Characteristically, atrophic change is noted to shoulder and uppe rarm but forearm and hand is insignificant, It was augmented by dermofat graft from both buttock with over correction.
Generally dermofat graft is decreased in volume and weight by resorption about 20:25 percentages over year. Resorption is related to surgical trauma of graft.
We report a expc-ience of dermofat graft to unusual atrorhied shoulder with brief review of literatures.
